Technical Information 1K Clear Coat
ColorMatic 1K blanke lak is een UV-bestendige, sneldrogende blanke lak die universeel kan worden aangebracht op alle bestaande grondlakken (op oplosmiddelbasis). Verkrijgbaar in glanzende, zijdeglanzende en matte kwaliteit. Vanwege de zeer goede vloei en het gemak van polijsten is 1K blanke lak glanzend zeer geschikt voor spotrepair met oplosmiddelgedragen lakken (bijvoorbeeld ColorMatic oplosmiddelbasis).
Voor de beste voorbereiding van het te lakken oppervlak reinigt u het grondig met ColorMatic Siliconenverwijderaar Art. no. 174469 en brengt u indien nodig een primer of filler aan (bijvoorbeeld ColorMatic 2K Primer Filler Art. no. 195327). Wij adviseren het gebruik van ColorMatic Spot Blender Art. no. 114229 voor spotrepair aan de randen.
Toepassing:
Glans: ideaal voor spot repairs en het overspuiten van onderdelen.
Zijdeglans en mat: schilderen van constructieonderdelen met matte look.

Depending of consistence and colour of the substrate 400 ml are sufficient for approx. 1,5 - 2,0 m² - Substrate:

Touch-dry: 10 - 20 minutes
Hard-dry: 24 hours
Coatable: 24 hours
The drying time is depending on the ambient temperature, air humidity and the applied paint layer - Temperature resistance:

Environment and labelling
Environmentally sound: European Aerosols is committed to apply formulations without restricted or critical ingredients and to achieve best possible performance. The caps and packagings are made of recyclable material.
Disposal: Only the completely emptied cans should be put into the recycling skip or appropriate container for reclaimable refuse. Cans which are not empty should be disposed off as "special refuse".
Marking/Labelling: All products made by European Aerosols comply with the actual labelling regulations according to Preparation Guideline 1999/45/EG. All aerosols correspond to TRGS 200 and TRG 300 as well as to aerosol guideline 75/324/EWG in the actually valid version.
- Solvent-based paints can be recoated with ColorMatic 1 component clear coat once they have dried for 30 minutes
- Shake can for 2 minutes
- Carry out spray test
- 1K Clear Coat glossy: For spot repairs, cover the wet edges of the clear coat ColorMatic Spot Blender no. 114229
- Not suitable for recoating water-based paints (we recommend CM 2K Clear Coat high-gloss no. 187216, 190469)
- Don't spray on synthetic resin areas!
- For an optimal coating result bring can to temperature prior to use (20 - 25 °C) and a relative air humidity of 45 - 60%.
Please note: a high air humidity can cause loss of gloss.
